Quit arguing like a dumb phoool and learn. Read the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations and see why it's possible for Tinubu to enter the US. The Convention confers immunity on Tinubu and so he can't be arrested because he's a personification of Nigeria.

Any attempt to.arrest Tinubu by the US is an open declaration of war on Nigeria which the Convention has outlawed.
