No of course, it's just British and American English difference, same with the version you're referring to above, Arabic has many different dialects/phonetics. When the Quran was being compiled, everyone was reading it with their own Arabic dialects (which seem a little weird) so to prevent further disparity in readings while not side lining majority of the dialects, 10 of the dialects was standardized as the only acceptable dialects of reading the quran.

Further prove in the attached image of 2 different dialects (riwaayaat, hafs and qoolon). In the 4th verse one has "Maalik" (with an elongated mim) while the other has only "Malik" (with no elongation in mim) they both means "king" (of course in different dialects) similar to the organisation and organization example above

So if you don't understand after this, honestly I don't know what to say o.
