A young man’s joy was turned upside down when he found out that the beautiful baby he had welcomed with his wife a few months prior was not his.

The man had taken to his social media page on July 2024, to celebrate the arrival of his newborn, completely unaware that he had become a victim of paternity fraud. In his first post he wrote;

“Best moment of my life captured at the perfect time,”

His post announcing his child was met with kind words and messages of congratulations on this happy addition to his life. Unfortunately, that happy moment has now been turned into one of sorrow, and his well-wishers are now consoling him.

He revealed the ad news in a follow-up post he made to the initial announcement, he also confirmed that a DNA test had been carried out which revealed the child wasn’t his.

The update was met with messages from the various people who had initially congratulated him, now consoling him and offering up their support.

Government should make DNA compulsory for all the new born baby. Women would think twice before sleeping with another man.

This hits differently, can't imagine the pains he's going through. To avoid all these unexpected headaches, they should make DNA test compulsory once a child is birthed so everyone knows their stands. It would be unfair to train someone's else child under the guise of parenthood, it's best he does so willingly than being lied to.

Children born within marriage belong to the father regardless according to some laws.

I saw the Twitter thread about a week ago. He stated that he never signed the birth certificate of the child, which would have gotten him entrapped.
