Is the person related to you...if so contact the school or the United States embassy..homeland security is in charge of monitoring foreign security in the US. Or if u want to go low-key as the friends who received him or her when he/she landed.

Over 400k as school fees in a federal government university in South West, this is crazy.
The school management should take into some things into consideration, although I know that the budget they get from the federal government on education has dwindled over the years

I don't even think the cumulative school fees I paid in Unilorin (2012 - 2017) is up to 200k.

Imagine struggling to pay these fees and after graduation no jobs. How would people survive?

When Student loan was introduced, many students particularly in the South did not apply because they bought the 'its all propaganda' narrative pumped out on social media.

It is unfortunate they got themselves into that situation.

get every important information about the person.which state in America was or is he landing and going to settle in America.if he is igbo or any tribe.also what line of job do you think he is or willing to be in.find him from brothers in that state and line of job. If he is into drug abuse.ask about him or check him around areas we're drugs are sold via someone serious person in that state.if he loves God then search churches and what's the best church u think he might likely go first.search via this method.if it doesn't work.check his frinds Facebook comments.also is he running away from u or just lost to you?
