The job of a leader is to make tough decisions even if unpopular, the job of a leader is to see what others cannot see.

Just as Tinubu criticized Jonathan when he wanted to remove subsidy, so also his opponents are criticizing Tinubu now….that is what opposition politicians do. However the proof of the pudding is in the eating. None of those crying foul now over subsidy will reintroduce it if they are to gain power tomorrow.. Neither can any of them tell us how they intend to pay for the subsidy given our finances.

On the issue of presidential jet and other lavish spending, I have said it many times, it is bad optics insensitive and undefendable.

There always supplementary budget oga. Where you guys look down your nose at us defies logic.

Removal of Subsidy was a show of power on how election was won, selfishness, pride, arrogancy, and a lack of administrative known how and a show of lapses between the past and Present Presidents....

But Tinubu knows how to ask for supplementary budget to fund his luxurious life style.

The subsidy was already removed from the budget before Tinubu was even sworn in. If he had put it back in , all the people complaining now would have been calling him names.
