Tinubu supporters who have been lying to the country since 2015, have also been lying that the South East voted along tribal lines in the 2023 presidential election rather than who they believed was the best presidential candidate. Let me show you the voting patterns of the South East since 1999, just to set the records straight in case you haven't realized that Tinubu supporters are lying to you to cover up for their poor choices since 2015 fueled mostly by tribal and/or religious bigotry. Breakdown of SE votes % since 1999: 1999 (Obasanjo vs Olu Falae): 86% (Obasanjo), 14% (Falae). 2003 (Obasanjo vs. Buhari vs Ojukwu): 65% (Obasanjo), 28% (Ojukwu), 7% (Buhari). Note that Buhari had an Igbo running mate. 2007 (Yar'Adua vs. Buhari): 97% (Yar'Adua), 3% (Buhari). Note that Buhari had an Igbo running mate again. 2011 (Goodluck vs Buhari): 98% (Goodluck), 2% (Buhari). Buhari's % didn't change much despite not having an Igbo running mate. 2015 (Goodluck vs Buhari): 93% (Goodluck), 7% (Buhari). Buhari's % increased despite not having an Igbo running mate 2019 (Buhari vs Atiku): 89% (Atiku), 11% (Buhari). Buhari's % increased again despite Atiku having an Igbo running mate 2023 (Peter Obi vs. Tinubu vs. Atiku): 91% (PO), 5% (Tinubu), 4% (Atiku). PO had slightly less % in the SE compared to GEJ and Yar'Adua. Note the following: 1. Ojukwu had only 28% of the votes in the SE in 2003. Why only 28% if this was about tribe? Ojukwu didn't even win any state in the SE at the presidential election. 2. Buhari had Igbo running mates in 2003 and 2007. Why only 7% and 3% respectively if there was a tribal correlation? 3. Buhari who was losing very badly in the SE with Igbo running mates, increased his % against Atiku who had an Igbo running mate. Meanwhile from 2007 till 2023, these Igbos contested at the presidential election: 2007: Orji Uzo Kalu (Only 3% of votes in the SE) 2011: Pat Utomi (less than 1% of votes in the SE) 2019: Kingsley Moghalu (less than 1% of votes in the SE) 2023: Peter Obi (91% of votes in the SE) Show me again where tribe played any significant role in the SE more than any other region in Nigeria |

Na you de go follow them argue.....The most detribalize Region as far as this Nation is concerned is the South East followed closely by The South south. Others do our region, our religion, our inheritance, our Tradition, our culture, this and that. The South East vote purely on the best among equals. Of course no one is a saint in politics but there is a better Evil. The Igbos naturally always go for the better Evil, that's fact |

Am sure Soludo will be so disappointed in his people because they are so engrossed with quick result mentality. The traders mentality in manyof you will never make you reason objectively and sadly it's just the gullible that a trading phycology can deceive. Politics is not an entitlement game. You win election through political participation and not based on tribe alignment. On what ground will an APC member work for LP or PDP? Demanding other region to vote for your when your regional politics does not align will always lead to disaster. Your region laboured for PDP for 24years, and you are rightly entitled to demand the presidential ticket from that party, but your leaders chickened out and at the eve of the election your leading candidate left the party to join a mushroom party and you expect other Nigeria to follow and vote for him. What justification is that if not foolish entitlement right. The SW and Tinubu you hate today has been in opposition since independence. They learned the curve of opposition right from millitary era and into the democracy. They stayed focus on their ideology and understands how the game is played, even when the military presented Diya as Abacha deputy and later Obasanjo as the president. They didn't abandon thier AD , AC, ACN and APC, Unlike your people with trading mentality that couldn't build a party, you killed PPA formed by OUK and destroyed APGA but wanted to be gifted APC ticket when you can't even contend in PDP. Blame yourselves for your present predicament, and mind you, the SW waited much longer while you were enjoying the spoil with the North. Nigeria is not centred only around Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa, other tribes are equally entitled to be president, don't gaslight Nigerians to do your bidding you have to work for it. Nigeria has been on a downward trend since independence, don't gaslight Nigeria into making it look like your choice were better. That's a small mind mentality to think you should be pitied and be gifted the president. It won't happen |

Shout-out to my Igbo friends. Back in 2014/2015 when Sai baba/change mantra was making waves.I fell for the hype too, but my Igbo friends kept saying "you people shouting change upandan have not ask this man the kind of change he wants to bring".We constantly bantered eachother albeit a friendly one.Onyeka, uche and Emma you guys were right. |

You fail to tell us that those candidates they voted are all PDP flag bearers from 1999 until 2023 when a serious igbo man decided to fly the flag, then they remember there is another party called LP. In every election, you will see contenders and jokers, back then, anyone not belonging to PDP or AD/AC/ACN/APC is a joker. You didn't mention that there are other Yoruba or Hausa candidates who doned the garments of minority parties and didn't get votes from their people. I don't know how you people will just come here trying to say things as you want playing victim cards. Everyone knows what they are doing. As they say, you will always get something that suit your narratives. |

donproject2:How many Igbo presidential candidates have you voted for in your region? Should the igbos be voting for you, while you vote only for your sons? Since 1970 you have never found any igbo politicians worthy of your vote in a presidential election? Orji kalu, Ebitu Ukiwe, Nwodo, Chu Okongwo, Iwuanyanwu, Okorocha, Ogbonnaya Onu, Okadigbo, Ekwueme, Idika Kalu, Moghalu, Utomi, Ike Nwachukwu, Nzeribe, etc. They have all contested and have lost in your zones, but you're there pointing fingers and demanding more votes from the SE. Are the igbos here just to vote for you? Will you kpai if you vote for them? Even if it's once? Some are technocrats, some are successful businesses men, Ekwueme and Okadigbo were top notch politicians from top notch parties. But you never looked their way. So what type of Igbo politicians would you support? Tinubu type? |

Truth is always bitter to accept or swallow. Now the statistical facts to disproved the bigotry and parochial ethno-religio-regional supremacist card the wicked government of APC played on gullible citizens in the 2023 election. Now the startling reality of such deception is what the ronus have been lamenting, crying and wailing about as a grave political mistake. Meanwhile they were warned.

donproject2:You failed to remember PDP existed when Ojukwu contested under a lesser know party and no one voted him. Same PDP is in existence when Obi contested under a lesser known party and they voted him. If it was about voting for PDP then Obi won't get a vote. It's about the right candidate. I can tell you Obi would have struggled in the SE if APC picked Osibanjo. The votes would have been splitted massively. Finally, check the candidates SE supported and they won, compare their performances with those they didn't support who later won. It will be clear they always know the right candidate. |

Racoon:Curse and abuse cant force people to vote your candidate when you can't remain true and focus to your ideology. Go back to your PDP and go and struggle for the ticket, win the primary and slug it out with APC in 2027, thats the only way you can become the president and not through propaganda, curses and abuse |

To think that the same bigoted ronu people all queued up behind their tribalistic Olu Falae when the presidency was narrowed down to choosing between a nationalistic Yoruba man (Obasanjo) and an ethnocentric awa lo kan Yoruba man (Falae). Goes to show you how these people are. |

Ttalk:I see you lack the ability to have a constructive argument despite the facts staring at you. When facts seem to defeat you, you try to divert the topic at hand. We are talking about tribal voting pattern and you are talking about governorship which different tribes don't contest. You try to divert the facts. Focus on the topic, you can create another topic about governors. Isn't it obvious your IQ is insanely on the negative side? |

South East slaved for PDP for decades.. they had the same voting pattern from Obasanjo till Yar'adua which was PDP or nothing. The only time Igbos betrayed their beloved PDP was in 2023 when PDP didn't see them worthy of being Presidential flag bearer, instead gave ticket to Atiku. SE should forget anything Presidential or VP ticket under PDP going forward. If they like let them start slaving for LP for another 20 years then turn around and expect to get APC presidential ticket later. Political neophytes. |

Yoruba matter should not be taken seriously. Those guys can exaggerate everything in this world. When MKO was in prison, they said if anything happens to him that Nigeria will disintegrate...later it was confirmed by Almustapha that of all them who went to Aso rock got bribe from Abacha. Which made Abiola's son to say publicly that Yorubas killed his father and shared his meat. Now,back to the one that we all heard. They said Tinubu was a great accountant he is the best in the whole of South west. And if given the position of power, that he would make Nigeria the best in Africa. They can't differentiate between a a good politician and a bad one. For me,he has no good intentions for the country, hence the problem we are facing. Check out what they have been doing since 2014,flood,bomblast,covid 19,bokoharam,bandits and name...the only solution is provision of rice. Wetin happen...must everything be rice in this country. What happened to shelter? Today, there are more IDP camps in Abuja more than the entire north central as whole. How far people...if this is the best he can offer, then all those men and women who lied to themselves about him should pls, hide their faces in shame. See where he left us today. |

In the east region, PDP vs APGA (indigenous party) who as produces more governor/reps. what does the answer tell you these shouldnt be about tribe, but both igbo and yoruba dont vote in alignment, even in lagos the igbos dont support any candidate deem to be yoruba choice i dont see why we have to call each other names , we just have to accept our ideologies differ and nobody is voting to teach anyone a lesson or all that nonsense talk. pot and kettle should rest |
