Exactly, he is supposed to be walked to the armoury, dropbhis rifle and then the guard room. It is wrong to disarm a service man in this manner.

He even went in circles back to the CO.. It was a clear case of insubordination and mutiny because he attempted to fire the CO out of anger.

Court martial the bagger lizard and jail him.

The use of force wasn't necessary in disarming him. No personnel would want to have his firearms taken forcefully from him.

People should learn how to deploy emotional intelligence, tact and non physical manoeuvres in tense situations.

4. Unlawful possession of military firearm. As he refused to be disarmed and kept hold of his weapon despite an order to hand it over, he has committed a grave crime of possessing military weapon without authorization.

The way they rushed him is very wrong. They put his life and even theirs in grave danger.
There should be a better way of doing that.
What if the guy was sick, I mean mentally sick or passing through some mental health challenges.

He is definitely one of the military personnel that harasses civilians. Court martial him and dismiss him for gross indiscipline.

it was not unprofessional he did the right thing to protect his riffle from the wicked army officer and his boys. He was there because it was a joint operation.

dz arrest is unethical.......how can u forcefully arrest am armed soldier like tht. Its wrong. D best is to let him submit his riffle to d armourer, summon him to d RSM office nd get him locked up by d duty RP in guardroom......then u get 252 paper nd charge him........then he wil be trial by senior officer.......if fould guilty. ...he will face d punishment.......either IHL or demotion depends on d offence. Only serious offences requires courtmatial.......such as rape, theft, lose of riffle, mutiny, espionage....to mention bt afew. At tht video arrest scene, if d shot hit anyone.....d senior officer on tht parade will be in for it. Thts my own view. Thks.

Were there no order to submit his rifle?
Is any superior there trying to intimidate him?
