The husband to the famous Nollywood actress, and Member representing Esan North East/Esan South East Federal Constituency Prince Henry Okojie, has escaped assassination attempt.

Edo Central Coordinator for the All Progressives Congress, APC, Governorship Campaign escaped the attack following quick intervention of police personnel attached to him.

The incident happened at his residence on Friday, a day to Edo State gubernatorial election.

Confirming the incident, Michael Ihaza, his media aide opined via his facebook:

“ASSASSINATION ATTEMPT 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️?

I hope you must have heard of the Assassination attempt on PRINCE life this morning?

Four men with a RIVERS STATE plate number on Lexus 470 who drove into his compound under the disguise of POLICE MEN tried to fire life out of the House Of Representatives member this morning!

Thank God they failed and two apprehended by our GALLANT OFFICERS attached to him and the animals are already making confessions!

Has it gotten to the point of making attempt to Assassinate Prince Odi Okojie?

Hear this; remember all that you are doing now you were taught by someone!

If you guys choose to go brutal we know the game better than you do!
