With Edo north 90 percent secured for APC, Edo central locked for same at 68 percent, the battleground for APC and PDP will be Edo south. LP Akpata’s name on the ballot may lessen the votes of the PDP candidate too. Overall, it is too close to call.

If Edo north is 90% secured for APC, and Edo central is 68% locked down for APC as well while Edo South becomes battle ground for APC and PDP, then it's no longer what you described as 'too close to call'

It's already a landslide victory for the APC

In my description of the three districts, opportunities for the candidates remains very tight given the enormous amount of votes coming from Edo south. In totality, Edo North and central only represents 33 percent of the entire votes in the state.
