10k in one year? What band are you on? That’s few weeks for some people’s light consumption. At a time I spent over 20k monthly. Maybe you are using one the first generation of prepaid meters.

Band C but we sometimes get it for 16 - 18 hours daily if we are lucky, yet the meter runs faster than a racer on steroids. It’s mad o!

Una dey get light like witch, I stayed with a friend if you see they way she put off the appliances when she's not in the room, her fridge is only turn on for 2hrs, during the day no lights are on and many more but una dey get light like mad, I just dey wonder how hotels for that axis they cope.
