Banks are very suspicious, ordinary change of signatory, they will need the signature of all participants.

They can't be stupid to loan money without properly verifying the collateral

As long as she has access to the original documents of the house, whoever owns it doesn't really matter. Cos the bank or whoever granted her access to the loan are only interested in the originality of the collateral and not who owns it. Bad kids do this all the time. They steal their parents house documents and sell off the property

In Nigeria if you rent a car, the original documents of the car wouldn't be given to you. The company you rented it from would provide a driver, your job is to sit like a boss and enjoy your ride. Besides banks in Nigeria don't accept cars as collateral for loans cos anything can happen to a car. It could get stolen or could have an accident.
