The lawyer should stop playing to the gallery. You have withdrawn the case from a judge and all orders including visitation right like the case are in abeyance ( in a state of suspense) until a new judge is appointed, appearances by Kanus lawyers are announced and orders concerning visitation etc are made afresh.

The law does not act in vain. It cannot make orders that it cannot enforce.


This lawyer should stop playing to gallery and go to the registry and get a court room and associated judge assigned with a date in court.
