I am still a Salesforce developer at the bank but I am working with something very niche and specific in Salesforce. I did get an offer the other time for hybrid but couldn't accept it but this one is fully remote.

Omho I didn't do anything special I just left Nigeria. I remember back in Nigeria I will apply to jobs everyday, study leetcode do everything yet nothing come out. Here in Chile I hardly apply to jobs I get recruiters calling me everyday for work.

If I a black African who can't even speak Spanish fluently can get a job in the Chilean state bank after living here for just a year with a very fat high salary then you are telling me that I won't make it in a place like the UK, Canada, US, Germany and co like I literally won't be a dollar millionaire in those countries in 3 to 5 years. Most Chileans have told me that I am the first black person they have ever seen in real life. Imagine now living in a country that they are used to blacks and you still no make am. It's Chiles independence day on the 18th and 19th and you can't help but admire the patriotism Chileans have. There's Chilean flags everywhere. Houses, parks, buses, cars everywhere and everyone is dressed in the traditional Chilean attire. It's so beautiful to see.
