Lose everything in this life, but not the ability to feel sweet in the heart. I have made this mistake before.
I used to be very funny and loving. A girl broke my heart, coupled with other life problems which made me to focus on the mind (using my head). This is equals to Sorrow and Pain.

Here is the logic:

Asides from the fact that if you have an open heart and sing HU, the people in the area you live will find it easier to do good (or have access to their own hearts), Your open or sweet heart is what gives you access to the better parts of the inner planes or heavens. This is where all the light and sweet music or sounds is found, by-products of which are healing, andany miracle whatsoever.

If your heart is bitter, you are already in the ugly or hurtful side of the heavens.

The above happens automatically in support of the Bibical saying that "The kingdom of heaven is within you". You are there right now, most are able to see where they are only when they sleep and call it " a dream". This is also how people contract any problem that church claims can cure.

Seeing the heavens while not sleeping is what the video above is attempting to teach you. So you see, the sweet heart is actually the key. You must have heard that "love is the key that opens the gates of heaven"? This is not a proverb or any of such. Its not by knowing or singing spiritually charged words or calling the name of the son of God even though this HU is Love itself in its purest state. The user however must establish harmony with it by being Love too.

Even the must violent creature, when you are able to pass love to it, it will not be violent. Remember we said the HU is the Sound which perfect love makes?

Don't you have babe, wife or crush ni? This may be even your teenage babe. You can go back in time to not just past loving relationship memories. You can think of anything that had happened which brought Joy in in your heart. You must find any excuse to feel good.

That sweet feeling is what is the starting point of a more stronger feeling of Love. It will grow so much that if you enter anywhere, the people there will feel it and feel good. Your presence itself will become the miracle someone is seeking, even healing is possible without you saying pim or bragging all around the place.

This is becoming one with the Holy Spirit. So you see? You are now becoming the Holy man who has nothing to do with any religion.

That will be an issue then, I'm not the feeling type, I can't just conjure up positive emotions on demand. I'm more of a neutral kind of person.
Not positive not negative, just neutral, that's not to say I don't feel emotions o, just not that often, I'm mostly neutral most of the time.

Its fine. Like I said the HU will work for you still, most probably to let you begin to fic this.

A Sweet feeling is something you already have and its in there together with all information you are reading here or, ever read heard, are going to read or ever hear about. You just need to start peeling the layers. This is the goal and idea behind doing any of this.


A trick is to find something, animal, place, thing or act you can play around with that you think you can really like or care about. Gradually it becomes something big (the loving affection).

I received a letter from the Teacher on Eckankar suggesting I try this when i started out. I didn't see the need for this at the time so I ignored it.

When starting up with the HU it begins to address an area of need as this. Some people get impatient and say its not working. They want to begin seeing other planets, visit the heavens while not cleaning or upgrading their make up first.
