MTN network,operamini browser,for my phone its not bringing any message and its not connecting to nairaland

And its somehow frustrating

How can I pay for advert since Dec 18th and till now it has not been acknowledged. Advert was approved but payment not confirmed and thus advert was not placed.
There is no one to raise a complaint to... What is going on?
