Very terrible network provider.
They should be shut down

The absolute worst! If they can't provide stable network services, they should just fold up or sell it off. It's so unfair with the way they leave their customers stranded for weeks. At this point NCC needs to intervene

My 9mobile number has been on no service here since May.
Their roaming service has been disabled yet they want me to keep recharging #200 every month.
The annoying thing is all my profiles in Nigeria, financial or otherwise, are linked to their damn number.

I wanted to load my 9mobile i went to a shop i requested for recharge card, d oga of the shop laffed and said people dey use this network again self

My phone was stolen and for months , I wasn't using 9mobile only for me to reactivate it this month and since then it has been on no service. I just remove the sim and kept it somewhere. If not for the fact that it is link to my Gmail accounts ,I for don throw way the sim.
