I doubt the padding is meant for the institution. Seems more like the institution is being used to siphon money from the Nigerian treasury in this case by those who padded the budget. undecided

What an excuse? EFCC don't police NASS but na students they are policing? What a wonderment. If EFCC can't vet Nigerian budget what then is their work? #90 billion is enough to Nigerian poverty. How many billion did Tinibu budget for Agriculture, health and education? Their sum is not up to 90 billion. In a civilized world the chairman of both EFCC and ICPC would be in a hot soup. US as a case study, the chairperson US security service resigned immediately after shooting of Trump.

Who else masterminded the insertion in the budget than the executive arm of govt even if the efcc becomes aware it's guaranteed they will never do anything about it because the people who appointed them are the brains behind the budget padding. You people should keep pretending not to know what's going on until this hardened criminals in power completely destroy this country.
