that is what I have always told this Ignorant ibos, Human Resource is still Yorubas greatest strength even when we talk about artisan and skilled labour workers.

I was marvelled during my service year in owerri and saw Yorubas been contracted to work has bricklayers, plumbers, tilers e.t.c it was then I was told that Igbo lack the skills in this field and most times the give this contract to Yorubas and then I wonder, this are the so called lazy people our bitter and envious blodas love to call the must sophisticated tribe

KPMG Nigeria was run by a gentleman called Kunle Elebute for a very long time. Well over two decades before he retired a couple of years ago. It’s a well known fact in the industry that he mainly hired from a particular tribe during those years.

If most of the staff in an organization are from a particular tribe, it is only natural that the leadership will be dominated by that tribe.
