Nope. Yoruba just have the largest repository of brains among any Nigeria ethnicity in the corporate world.

Same thing is applicable in USA, UK, and Canada. If you go and check the employees of the Big 4 consulting firms like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, & PWC, Yoruba will dominate among the Nigeria employees in those companies.
Same Yoruba are the ones managing major sectors of Nigeria economy now including CBN with no significant progress anywhere in Nigeria, same Yoruba are managing their state economy that Southwest states are most indebted states in the region with nothing to show for after quoting humongous IGR, are those Yoruba different, how long will you guys continue to fool yourselves.

Have you forgotten that education is about learning and character? The recruiter may not need developers that will come and develop their company with their bad characters and ipob mentality. Spare Tinubu from insult and abuse on this matter, this a private recruitment company that has recruited best for themselves based on working histories. Ipob ladies may be morally bankrupt for their liking. It may be one of the reasons aside intelligence. So no vex, ipob bad characters and being arrogant and always bitter may be additional reason for the choice
Same Yoruba are the ones managing Glo the worst network in Nigeria, GTB, First bank, grin grin the way you guys hype yourselves, with all the dubious ways you swindle public funds for yourselves I'm yet to see a firm own by Yoruba man that worth the hype

Tell your imaginary Igbo billionaire to build a network that can surpass Glo network if it is that easy, and how many Igbo run bank is on par with GTB and First Bank ? We know how you ran Diamond bank to the ground and Fidelity bank is currently among the most useless bank in Nigeria.

For the one complaining about debt.
SW states are more viable hence the readiness of creditors to give them financial facilities unlike unviable states.
If you dont understand, ask USA and China, they are the most indebted nations in the world.
As for the critical sectors being run by the Yorubas, dont be too much in a hurry because Nigeria's economy is going to be the best and largest economy in Africa soonest even before the end of Tinubu's first term.
They are deliberste in what they are doing.
They have refused to go cosmetic, which is the manner Nigeria has been run since its inception.
There is a great and joyous illumination at the end of the tunnel.

Stop sounding like mumu. This is not an FG appointment that is based on quota system. The private sector goes for what they want and owes nobody any explanation for it.

that is what I have always told this Ignorant ibos, Human Resource is still Yorubas greatest strength even when we talk about artisan and skilled labour workers.

I was marvelled during my service year in owerri and saw Yorubas been contracted to work has bricklayers, plumbers, tilers e.t.c it was then I was told that Igbo lack the skills in this field and most times the give this contract to Yorubas and then I wonder, this are the so called lazy people our bitter and envious blodas love to call the must sophisticated tribe grin

Envy begins. While we Yorubas are not contesting the Igbos leadership in retail business management in the country with you, therefore why the envy?

Ani from Rivers or Cross was the most senior Partner until he left to help Abacha loot the Treasury dry of foreign money.
Ani's era was with old KPMG so I do not understand the relevance of this to the story here.

Most of the new people appointed as partners now were probably still in secondary school when Ani left the firm

The tribal comments are funny. KPMG is an audit company and has no reason to appoint based on ethnicity. Yoruba’s just have the highest number of accountants, go and check ICAN register.

KPMG Nigeria was run by a gentleman called Kunle Elebute for a very long time. Well over two decades before he retired a couple of years ago. It’s a well known fact in the industry that he mainly hired from a particular tribe during those years.

If most of the staff in an organization are from a particular tribe, it is only natural that the leadership will be dominated by that tribe.
