Goodluck Jonathan used merchineries to decimate Boko Haram just before the election and the North said he was killing their people. These merchineries were from South African. By the time the terrorist have been defeated, these same armed youths, being idle after the operation will turn around and form new terror groups. An example is the case of Gana of Benue.
