He actually incited the killings. It was massively televised when he alleged that there has been nocturnal activities and 'proof' of jets moving around electoral material on the eve of the election. He said it when he cast his vote in his village and everybody watched it!

We all know the result of that allegation: hundreds dead and still no proof from your 'honest man' supporting all his inciting claims!

Like any human, he is not perfect and has his many flaws. Some people may feel strongly about these flaws and that is perfectly fair and understandable.
