. Does anyone know much about car tracking. I bought my car last year October 4th, today I received a message from the guy that did , the tracking for me telling me , that tracking would expire on the 4th of October. I ask him what next he told me I need to do a renewal, I ask him how much is the renewal? He told me # 31,500, I was like how much to install a new tracker , he said 120k with app without app s90k , I was like that’s fucking expensive . A friend told me to buy a new SIM card registered it and changed the sim in the device that with that the guy wouldn’t have any connections with tracking device .
Change the sim. That's what most of these tracker installers do to continue ripping you off. A tracker is a one time purchase and doesn't need renewal. The worst the tracker installer can do is to lock your car and claim that subscription period has expired.
The disadvantage is you will now be the person monitoring your car and recover it incase of theft but I think it's worth it as that's exactly what I did. Infact I changed the password on mine and told him that he no longer has access. But eventually had to change sim because of NIN issues since he was the one that registered the sim. Even using the app is free and available on playstore depending on the tracker model

When you know that the tracker is about to expire,if its near weekend, park ot st home. Trackers are usually hidden inside glovebox, inside steering air bag area, under steering, inside side pillar near front glass.find it,whereever he hid it and installed it,find it,disable it and go the local way, parking inside bank, mall, lounges, etc with steering lock and car alarm active ...

Go to any total filling station and buy their coolant.
Leave your transmission fluid alone. Fake full naija
The vibration is likely from your outer cv joint or inner shaft cv.

If its the inner shaft (connected to the transmission), allow only a good workshop that is clean to perform that job.

Why do you want to change your coolant anyway?
It is because there was a leaking in the heater core. So, all the coolant got leaked..

As for the vibration, it's the inner shaft, and it was changed by a mechanic. I noticed some changed in the transmission. Car was jerking and losing power while on motion. Calibration was done by clicking the wire with the battery and that stopped..

Getting a good and modern mechanic is war in this ibadan.. Assuming I saw this message hefore changing, I wouldn't have try that..

Change the SIM and find command guidelines online depends on the one install.

Oga GAZZUZZ and others ! Please glk 350 2012 gear noise when shifting gears. No error codes or check. It's driving well, but the noise when shifting to park, neutral, reverse, or drive is bothersome.

What car would you be using it for?
And what purpose do you want it to serve.
Finally, what's your budget?

You need a workshop to take a proper look at that, to be able to check if it's an ISM issue or a transmission issue. Not sure it can be done remotely.

Vehicle is either leaking oil from somewhere or burning oil, rectifying the cause would stop the issue of oil shortages. As for brand recommendations I’d say Liquimoly 5w30

Thanks for your reply. I ve also used Mobil 1 5w-30 and same issue persisted. I ve checked for oil drops on the ground where I park the car in case there’s a leak but the ground is always dry and no oil leakage
signs within the car bonnet. The Mobil 1 was gotten from a Mobil shop.

I do import Mobil 1 engine oil directly from the USA . Pic (1)below ... . And also the issue of oil shorten or burning is this the first time you experience such .....

You could also experience oil burn for different reason. A bad pcv Valve could also be the reason (pic2). You look for a competent mechanic to check the pcv Valve

Oga your engine is burning oil wither from burnt piston top or stuck piston rings caused by carbon build up. Pour 2 litres of nnpc gear oil into the engine.fire it aggresively for 2days or a week, drain out all the oil. It will help unclogg your piston rings and also eash out the engine internals. Its a good process.but works in the long run. When turning in new oil,add stop smoke 2 cans into the engine and thebremaining 4litres of engine oil. The smoke should dissapear within 2 days.if ubchexk your muffler tip,im so sure it will be mad carbon filled/black powder. Youtube is there, type flushing engine using kerosene or gear oil.u will see the process on youtube.

Well, if you’re sure that there are no external leaks from the valve cover oil seal, rear main oil seal and timing chain cover seal then the engine is wearing out ( burning oil basically). Take a snapshot of your engine with the engine cover off let see

Then as dru23 suggested, check your pcv. If all good there, just switch to mobil xhp or total quartz 5000 and reduce your oil change interval to 3000km till you can overhaul or change your engine
