A policeman threatened to gun me down today, alleged that I was pointing at him while on a call. I have never been so traumatised all my life. He'd have shot if I argued with him.

There are no provisions for healthcare even amongst organised agencies and it's worse for security personnel.

Most of them don't even understand what a psyche evaluation and there are many mental I'll ones parading our streets armed to the teeth. That's why arguing with an armed security man when you aren't in a position to defend yourself physically is a death dance.
