I am pleased to announce that my recent expose on the poorly reconstructed Aideyan/Golf Course road in GRA, Benin, has yielded swift results. Less than 48 hours after I issued a marching order for the contractors to fix the road as soon as possible, during an inspection exercise, they have returned to the site to rectify the issues.

As the Deputy Governor of Edo State, I am committed to ensuring that our infrastructure meets the highest standards. The Aideyan/Golf Course road is a critical artery that serves many residents and businesses, and its poor condition was unacceptable.

I want to commend the contractors for their prompt response and commitment to delivering quality work. As a government, we will no longer tolerate substandard work, even as we continue to prioritize the people's interests.

To the good people of Edo State, I assure you that, up to the last day of this administration, we will continue to work tirelessly to address the challenges facing our dear state. Let's continue to work together to build a better Edo State.

This is now the de-facto governor of Edo State till the end of this term. Obaseki is at one corner now sulking and ruing his missteps against Wike.

Since Obaseki & PDP lose the governorship election in Edo state, Lions & Tigers have returned back to the streets in Benin city.
Traders now occupies the famous Kings square & Buses now stop & pick passengers indiscriminately.
The old ways are back in Edo state.

Obaseki is on terminal leave

He has literally abdicated the seat.

He personally lost the election for pdp and he is now of no value to anyone

The man is done.

Shuaibu will complete what is left of his term, and ensure a seamless acrimony free handover to the incoming admin.

He will likely provide a lot of support as well.
