there is difference between participating in an election and doing your lawful duty by protecting laws and orders.


let me help you break it down , The police are ban from observing and giving protection during the election as they usually do during election. but not stopping them from obeying the court order that the election shouldnt hold.

Tinubu is not the emperor of Nigeria. Tinubu cannot stop Local Government elections, he doesn't have the power to do so.
Nigeria is a Federal Republic not a Unitary Republic
