the 966 number not working

Have not received any alert from funds sent to me since yesterday, but was able to access the app. Balance was still opening balance of yesterday.

No current balance is showing on my zenith app. Only showing old balance.

Is it still normal. Money that was transferred to me on 1st is still yet to be credited to my account. I called zenith,they said the money is not in my account but I will still get it. Who else has noticed this plz

It has been restored this evening. I got info from my brother that work in zenith bank that they are upgrading their operating systems that's the reason for the network glitches.
I've done 3 transfers this evening and it was smooth.

Fair enough. I don't work with or for Zenith so I'm not holding brief for them. But I've been in similar project migrations and understand the challenge they face. I've had to roll back a migration after a week of troubles and issues. It happens in IT projects. Upsetting, I know, but that's the challenge we face in the space

No matter how finely planned and tested, migrating a live system is a formidable endeavour especially as related to money. The leg work for all those Project Scope and UAT had been done long long ago (they didn't just decide to switch over night)

I think so. In the last one month, it's been from Sterling Bank, to First Bank and now hearing of Zenith. I saw shege for Sterling Bank hand, lolz. I think it's the brain drain, when all the experienced hands are leaving in droves, leaving us with second options. Happening in so many sectors

Also their ussd code does not recognise my number again, and I was using it before the upgrade. Does an upgrade wipe out data?

You're absolutely right. Another issue is that even the talented ones who stay have a lot more options now, like content creation, influencer marketing, and freelancing. With the rise of AI, it's even easier for them to explore those options and build their own paths. So, it's no surprise that companies offering low salaries will struggle to keep good hands. AI is only going to accelerate that shift, and these companies 'go hear am' if they don't adapt quickly
