There are two court orders from two courts of equal power

One from Rivers State high court which came first
The other from federal high court which came later

But are opposing each other, by right are you not supposed to obey the first Order?

The two courts though High Court are not of the same order of equal power.
The State High Court is State powers....
The Federal High Court supercedes all.

There is also the FCT High Court which is quiet different from the Federal High Court of Nigeria.

Also the last or later order is the order that the individual involved should adhere to and not the former as long as both orders are arising from the same case.
Gov. Fubara is only adhering to the order from the SHC from the view that the case at hand is a State issue.
I look forward to the administration of the new CJN and how she intends to bring sanity to the judiciary.

If Fubara is indifferent from other politicians with this development I would have say win win for Rivers state people but he's also a thief, no be him was charged with money laundering with his case at efcc, borrowing billions of naira with nothing to show for it. He needed the money to fight wike at the detriment of Rivers state development
