Why are there no tit-for-tat response?
The best way to fight this war and for peace to reign in the middle east, a tit-for-tat response must be employed.
For every hospital the IDF bomb, hazbollah should reduce the nearest hospital in Isreal to rubles.
This will limit the indiscriminate bombing tactics employed by the IDF knowing fully well that a similar response is happening back home at that very moment.
This was how homes and healthcare facilities were bombarded to smithereens in Gaza, at the end of the day you'll count more loss of lives, largely innocent civilians and critical infrastructures.
The IDF is a casualty-averse force, and should they begin to return an increasing number of soldiers in body bags, they are likely to resort to indiscriminate bombing. If this strategy yields little to no success, and their powerful ally(u.s) exhibits restraint, they will hasten to the negotiating table more swiftly than one could ever anticipate.

My point remain the same.
If the IDF bomb a refugee camp or any large gathering of people in Lebanon , a shopping complex in tel aviv should be reduced to rubles instantly.
All is fair in war.
If you possess the capability to retaliate, make sure your enemies become breathless.
But if you decide to be a sitting duck, and not retaliate, you and your country will plummet to the ground.
This is why Ukraine will never reclaim its lost territories, let alone triumph over Russia.
In Moscow, the only reminders of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine are the banners of military contractor's, apart from that, Russians appear to lead their lives unaffected by the turmoil. Meanwhile, Ukrainians are suffering immense casualties in staggering numbers.
