See the way APC and Tinubu's supporter crying for police in a far away SW, when he is not in Rivers State where the action is taking place.
What you people want, you cannot get. Even if state of emergency is proclaim, it won't affect the seating governor and all elected officials in the state, please note this and be at peace with yourself.
Meanwhile, emergency cannot be called except the situation is beyond the coping capacity of the governor and for now there is nothing like that.
