I keep telling those who care to listen.....even all this you mentioned are not sufficient to keep fubara on that seat......it's unfortunate the type of system we run but the presidency would go a long way in determining if fubara stays or goes,that's why we are saying fubara doesn't seem to be playing his cards right,you need Abuja whether you like it or not,his greatest undoing was not getting the majority state house of assembly members to his side,those guys hold the death knell.

Fubara's case will be determined in a room and not on the streets.....he is already proving to being an unstable character.

The presidency cannot determine if Fubara will stay as governor or not. Please how would presidency determine his stays? Are they going to kill him or what? Or what are they going to do? The only option left to remove Fubara is through impeachment and it won't be possible to impeach him now, even if the 27 recalcitrant lawmakers are reinstated to the assembly because impeachment is not a tea party. They cannot just wake up and say they have impeached the governor, that would be senseless and against the letter of the law and the governor won't obey it. There are route to impeaching governor or president. They must first send impeachment notice to the governor and later send the impeachment notice to the attorney general of the state to constitute impeachment panel.
You know what? The Attorney General of the state is at the armpit of the governor and he will be the one to choose who and who to be among the panel. If you think such man will chose governor's enemy to be among the panel, then, you're deceiving yourself. The panel will just be a jamboree panel at the end.
The best option left for anyone now is to wait for 2027 to exert their powers through the ballot but at that time, SIM structure might have swallowed Wike's structure and to rig may be very difficult. I am even foreseen Wike been expelled from PDP soon when the heat is much on him or when a new PDP national chairman is voted in.

It's the chief judge that would be directed to constitute the panel ,the AG has nothing to do with it.

There are several impeachable offences fubara has already committed hope you know.

Backing to do what my brother? They can only intimidate him by withdrawing their police, which thy once did to Amaechi and many people not in the good book of the presidency in the past.
Stop seeing the president as the alpha and the omega. We are operating under constitution, meaning we are constitutional country and not banana Republic. The only way SIM can be remove today or tomorrow is through impeachment and not pronouncement.
Just I had told you, impeachment doesn't start and end at the hallowed chamber of the House of Assembly of the state. The chief judge of the state is the brain behind any impeachment because all infractions committed by the governor that would warrant him been removed would be investigated by the chief judge and the panel set up by him. With the chief judge in the armpit of the governor, it would be easy ride for the governor.
Wike should just pipe low and wait for 2027, if he will have opportunity to oust the governor through the ballot but he should also forget rigging him out because that one will be bloody.
