Ibehchizzy:It's surprising that nobody is talking about the credibility of the election in Rivers State. Same idiots that accused INEC of rigging for APC didn't see rigging and manipulation in the LG election conducted by Fubara. Same goes to other Govs in their states where it's been 100% for the ruling party. They said INEC chairman should not be appointed by the president but Govs can appoint members of their state electoral bodies. |

ozo13:Next election is about three years from now. Only God knows who will be alive then, neither Wike. Tinubu or Fubara knows. Na only today all of them know. |

mmadu4:I don’t think so. Something is telling me that Wike is shopping for another court order in Abuja that will stop the swearing in or cancelled the election. Something is also telling me that Wike is working behind bars to create crisis in the new political party |

Alliswell248:Learner, they will all decamp back to PDP shortly b4 2027 and help PDP win without wike influence. |

Better to swear them in today, by tomorrow there will be plenty court injunctions from the already docile judiciary stopping him. Wike should go and lick his wounds. SIM beat him in his own game... |

ozo13:Listen, off-season elections are more difficult for opposition parties to win. Ruling party usually deploys all its arsenal to prosecute such elections. But you see general elections, power and resources are hardly concentrated on one spot. Thus opposition parties are able to put up a formidable fight. You think they can ride over Sim cheaply in 2027? Think again. Wike, if he is still FCT minister, will have to deliver Abuja towards Tinubu's reelection. It's going to be a long rope for Wike in 2027, GOD keeping everyone alive. Only humility will save Wike now. Hubris is his major undoing. He feels too much like a god, which is why this Rivers state issue is worsening day by day. He should have temporarily laid down arms like Oshiomhole did with Obaseki until the perfect ambush moment presents itself. He is teaching Fubara how to grow balls every day. By 2027 general elections, Fubara would have mastered the art of political survival. |

MT:Honestly, i don't see the difference between military and civilian govt now. The military comes with a barrel of gun to take over govt. The civilians come with rigging techniques to take over the govt by force, the welfare of the people does not matter to the two groups of taking over. The people are the losers. |

smyo:Then the cycle of rigging will never stop, and the citizens will keep on getting shortchanged. An eye for an eye will make the whole world go blind. |
