Meat is slowly disappearing from the meals of most middle class families in Nigeria. And for many, two meals or even one meal a day has now been firmly normalised. Do your investigations. APC has brought back kwashiokor through the back door. Just that this time, it is for the whole country. This is where the "change" chanters brought a whole Nigeria to. |

Inflation rate is higher than the NBS figures, those guys are liars, check the prices of rice, beans, meat, fish and other life essentials like cement a year ago to now and you would see that aggregate inflation is definitely higher than 100%, unfortunately, our university lecturers are dundees that can't setup shadow statistics bureaus. |

![]() Not sure they were eating it before now but the writer is right nonetheless In the end, Genetic predisposition and regular exercise significantly influence one's overall health than the socalled balanced diet(even though it is equally important) Inflation is on the decrease tho, so lets worry no more |

greenermodels: ![]() Just tell us your Uni and lets write to NUC as regards the quality of lecturers in your Alma Mater You prolly schooled in the East or North and your comment here perfectly reflects it You are even telling us to go carry out market survey in our community and use that as the standards for the National statistics while disregarding a more unified one from NBS Your certificate should be withdrawn, Aswear |

CyrusVI:you're a well known government paid influencer so your comment is expected but the average Nigerian knows the truth regardless of his or her tribe, you've sold out your soul to the government and would be punished for it on the last day, it's not only easterners and northerners that are criticizing the continuous corruption and economic mismanagement under APC, hunger and hardships does exempt anybody based on tribe. |

The painful part is APC don't have the skills human capacity to understand what is the problem and are too arrogant to ask for help They are shocked their policy failed, honestly they are surprised and now they are thinking Nigerian economy don't follow economics principles The problem we are facing today is what Osun state faced, you borrow to build infrastructure that won't generate money, debt servicing grows, revenue falls n the struggle begins Lagos survived because they had a developed economy already before 1999 Everything about Lagos has reduced, national GDP share has dropped, revenue has dropped when compared to 1999 |

O'n pe! Nigeria and Nigerians lo mo nkan ti won ko ara won si. Even me wey decide not to japa, but rather forge ahead in my entrepreneurship journey, Bulaba don show me and other businesses shege. Nobody tell me before I quickly dust my satificates and made the decision to get back into corporate, before yam pepper scatter patapata. Businesses need capital, and bulaba has seriously impacted sales and eroded the value of available working capital. Thankfully with this job, ten bulaba no fit affect me again, and my businesses will now thankfully stay afloat. Make Nigeria and Nigerians secure their salvation with fear and trembling. Una never chee chomchin😁✌️ |

PerfectStranger:Perfect example of how hardship can be a blessing - best way to longevity and good health is starvation diet but varied. People in places like US would actually be jealous. They need enormous will power to avoid tasty foods to lose weight. Infact people like Ifeany Uba have died trying to get that But most Nigerians in Nigeria don't need will power to get same result. It's like being allowed to cheat in an exam |

The current cost of meat made me return to poultry farming and catfish rearing. Balanced diets will not be my problem. A word of advice for idiots here; swallows are the healthiest of meals. Soups and stews combine vitamins and minerals into one serving. Buy fruits whenever possible. Eat a fruit at least once daily. If priviledged, consume fruits thrice daily. |

MadPolitician:I was in a market some weeks back and a woman asked a meat seller to cut her 200 naira meat and she was given just two pieces. I was dumb founded. People buy this amount of meat in this country. I thought it has not yet reached this level. |
