If A has HIV, and B knows about it. If A and B are having issues and B decided to set ring light and make it know to the public. So you mean if A sues B, and B is able to prove that A has HIV...that means there is no case ? I laugh.

Defamation and liable doesn't necessarily need the defendant to prove anything. Go and study the law.

Whether or not VDM proves that in court, does not count...infact, is better he doesn't prove it. Since that publication by VDM, she has lost businesses, her image has been stained, her family are been affected, their children are affected in school and other places...so how will proving the allegation l change any of the above ?
