This is a misinformation. The reason is not for brain drain but to reduce foreign influence to shaping chinese mind. For a starter, is china a democratic country? But as bad and power-drunk these authoritarian leaders are, they still provide economic buoyancy and security for their countrymen. My encounter with the secret service is a revelation that we don't have people capable of advancing the interest of the African continent inside the continent.....at least in Benin Republic and Nigeria.

Out of more more than 100 secret service personnel that I came across over the past 10 years, only about 3 are qualified.

3. The Oga of the officers camouflaging as LAWMA that came to my street (I didn't say all of them. Only the Oga cause within a split seconds he processed me and I processed him as well. He appears to be an educated person. I could hear him say "this is a gentle man and can't be the person I was told about).

Those in charge should kindly promote the mentioned people. They're the best you have to offer and they know what they're doing.

I think I'll end up writing a book about this.
