Of course Hezbollah has kidnapped Lebanon. They have all the power and don't need to make it official as long as they call the shots. Power is power, they don't need to express it in parliamentary control, it suits them better to stay fairly independent of Government so their misdeeds cannot be visited on the Govt of Lebanon and the people at large. They are strategic in their dealings. People wey dey shake a whole Iraq and Syria can take over Lebanon anytime they wish, but it suits them to maintain some distance, and that's because the Govt of Lebanon is friendly to all countries so countries won't easily attack Hezbollah and Lebanon by extension.
