Federal allocation is NEVER ENOUGH for you criminals to build street infrastructure for pedestrians, but in poorer places like Calabar and Uyo they are building roads the right way.

All new roads in Lagos are built with covered drains and sidewalks as far as I know.

Abuja of course has been doing that from the start.

Even ENUGU tries to provide sidewalks on the major roads at least.

RWANDA which is probably poorer than Anambra state, builds virtually EVERY ROAD with sidewalks and underground drainage.

So you have NO EXCUSE to build such backward, primitive roads.

They are only built that way because you are ruled by thieves and criminals who want to spend as little as possible on projects in order to CHOP THE MONEY.
