Lecturers have upgraded their students performances generally across board to boost moral or create incentives.

The school should raise the bar of its admission standards. The school has one of the most ridiculously low bar of entry in Nigeria and it's pathetic that the administrators still don't see this is where there problem is. Smh.

When you admit weak students you can't have anything different from weak results. This is the same school almost all the students failed maths course. The school should help the parents of these students by ensuring that they work hard before they merit a placement in the school.

Since he appeared to plead guilty before the committee.. he should be given a lenient judgement.. I suggest demoting him to lecturer II from Senior Lecturer and banning him from ever holding an HOD position in the department. This would serve as a deterrent to others.. outright sacking would be too harsh, for the sake family whom he has to feed.

I may be wrong, but I think they have powers to moderate results (to protect the image...). My advisor, whom I'm a TA under, added a few marks for all students (this is abroad oooo)

Those 5 people nor gree pay settlement fee. They'll purposefully set exams on things they didn't teach so that a lot of students will fail.
