I remember, I was Privileged to attend a company annual convention /get-together in 2022 at lekki. An hotel room is #198,000 per night excluding feeding (Radisson Hotel to be precise, you can browse the price). They provide accommodation for over 300staff for 3days. Breakfast and dinner is buffet.
And that is how they do for their training as well

Note this hotel room is a single room not room and parlor or flat or executive.

Let now come to governor level with the entourages, it sure they will go for executive lodge

It because we never get to that level, even yahoo boy are rent hotel room(reservation). Go to lekki, ikeja most white you see there rent hotel room, either they are around or not. That’s reservations.

You see they even consider it cheap and safe than be building government lodge in Abuja or Lagos or state they visit most, they will still employ staff to be maintaining it and pay their salaries
