A member of the House of Representatives, Ikenga Ugochinyere (PDP, Imo), has said the judgement of the Court of Appeal on the political crisis in Rivers State has not changed the situation in the state.

The lawmaker, who is an ally of Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State, said this while reacting to the judgement.

He said the 25 members of the Assembly, loyal to former Governor Nyesom Wike, remained sacked because the Court of Appeal ruling was not on the main substance of the matter.

But when wike was being God in charge of rivers state and decided all what to do and which order to obey he was not acting as the LAW ? Would wike have followed any court Judgment against his wishes ? You all are quick to take side in a politician who didn’t do better when he was there LOL

When Supreme Court also affairms the Justice Omotosho Judgement that recognizes the Martins Amaewhule led House of Assembly and directs Fubara to resubmit the budget to them.
