The ideal thing when you are sick is for a doctor to test you and prescribe medications. These people either cannot afford doctors, So they just get 2 tab of panadol, 3 of malaria, 2 of stomach pain, 2 of typhoid 2 blood tonic tab. They wont even be the one to dictate the composition nor know what medicine it is they are buying, Its the chemist who just ties it into a nylon for them to take home and use
