Hello mamas, trust we’re all doing fine and our LO. So I joined an online antenatal platform and thought you share with my fellow mamas. It’s called birthsafe. It’s a paid platform though but I’ve learnt a whole lot from it.

A lot of things that are not taught in the hospital about pregnancy journey and birthing.

if this is ur first.. Yes bump dont show early... With my first pregnancy i started showing at 5months... Pls enjoy ur bump free pregnancy until u start showing

If in Lagos. Get a card that shows you registered in any government hospital and buy a carton that’s sold for 26k at 13k
The hospitals they are selling at for now is Lagos Island Marternity, Ifako general hospital and one more… didn’t hear the name

I think that carton has a pack of 2 bags and each bag contains 100 pieces. So that’s 200 pieces in all

I have not bought o but I plan to.
And the size is size 2. Learnt can be use from new born till 7months.

December mamas how far hope we are waddling successfully ear pain and toothache wan finish me for here oh, you need to see how i curve mouth to eat my craving(local bread very soft one) no matter what my happiness is that am counting down already just November is the obstacle

This tooth pain is another thing. I am thinking of getting calcium tablets for myself, and maybe might have to change toothpaste to traditional salt, charcoal and lime.

Thanks. I will get it tomorrow. Our clinic doesn't prescribe it, but I feel it should be part of ANC drugs

Ugu juice. Wash and blend the leaves and drink regularly, use astfyer or ferobin plus also

eat ugwu and water leaf (yoruba call it gure) like say they are going out of style almost everyday n watch ur blood levels sky rocket... N dont forget to take ur iron tablet... Any brand is okay... As long as its iron medicine... U good.

if u are not sure of d safety of d cough syrup... Let ur wife not take it n take natural remedy instead or let d cough run its cause... It only take 2 to 3weeks for cough to do its thing n then go away.
