I doubt if the big players like Dangote and co will allow modular refineries come onboard because they now those modular are and will be closer to the people and market as will reduce the big players market share . But the good thing about modular is that it has shown that we can develop refinery without spending too much on FX ,
Boss Naija problems is just too much , bad people in government that have no business been in governance.
