The judge said she longer want to handle the case, after accepting the oral plea from Kanu to her to recuse herself. And she has sent an application to that effect to the chief judge to reassign case to some other judge/court.

The concern of the Chief judge was that Kanu file a written application instead of oral plea, which surely, the judge will endorse immediately and use in filing her recuse letter to the chief judge and AGF.
