They are wealthy people in hospitals around the world who've been told by the doctors that they have 5 months, 10 months, 1 year to live unless they have their kidney or liver or any vital organ changed. Such people are their clients and they are ready to pay ANY amount of money to live. Organ transplantation is a Trillion dollar industry but it's a very secret business.

We don't have a secret service in Nigeria, if we had, what they could have done is track the criminals in the business chain and stop it. If this happens, they'll stop all the so called ritual killers
