In the two ruling won by Mancity it's already stated that shareholders loan should not be used in yard stick for PSR once interest is paid on it and not like a free gift which was what both Chelsea and Mancity was doing as per Abrahamnovic and the Saudi oilers.

The ruling was to reduce the amount that would be used to know how much of the PSR was exceeded.
This has reduced the Mancity exposure to PSR but there are still other allegations.
