it is only if you are buying from large supermarkets that you pay tax on groceries etc

if i call sme businesses that are one man - they will tell me straight. pay to company account, add vat, pay to my account - no vat

you have a mechanic. i am sure you also have a generator guy. you pay them in cash or transfer. so how are they taxed when they dont have salary account? the closest they come to being taxed is one local govt levy that goes straight to the collectors pocket
