And the Legislature we practice is a 2 tier type with the House of Reps totally independent of the Senate.

If the head of the Judiciary deserve GCON, and the Senate President also deserve GCON, then why is the Speaker of the House of Representatives going to get CFR that a Deputy Senate President is getting?

We have 3 arms of government and they are:

Legislature

Judiciary

Executive

I ask you, who's the Head of the Legislature?

House of Reps is a lower house. So, there's no discrimination here. It has been the tradition. Femi Gbajabiamila as speaker never protested against it when he was given same award by Buhari. I don't think Tinubu has done anything wrong.

Perhaps the lazy lawmakers would tell us any Speaker of House of Reps in Nigeria that has been decorated with GCON.
