gidgiddy:This is a civilized way to fight for freedom not the criminality you ih.pobs are committing against your own people in the name of agitation. IPOB agitation hurts umuigbo more than the pains of living in Nigeria. |

Olatayo0103:Sunday Igboho said it many times that Bola Ahmed Tinubu is his mentor. Igboho is in 10 Downing Street, London to tell Nigerians: if you don't want Tinubu to continue as president, we shall separate Oduduwa nation from Nigeria. Na today Tinubu and Igbogho begin to blackmail Nigerians with Oduduwa Republic? |

Nchenches:Oga great Britain will not and I repeat will not interfere in Nigeria's issues most especially when there is a secessionaist agenda involved. Do not make the error of fooling yourself on that. The petition they made to downing street is DOA. Nothing will come out of it, this is not even the first they have attempted this. |

You are taking a petition to the owner of a country telling him to dissolve his creation? You think he will want to do that? |

attackgat:There's nothing wrong with what he's doing. The right to self determination by any homogeneous group is an international charter that Nigeria is a signatory to so ride on Sir. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu did not use more of intellectual revolution but emotional abuse and physical confrontation. I understand the Ibos are angry with the Nigerian state since the civil war and rightly so with the way the national cake is shared mainly between Hausa and Yorubas. My Niger Delta people were also affected by the civil war immensely and no compensation till date. Plus our oil they are stealing using federal Constitution to back up but we have to be patient We can't use force for these things like Putin.l did in Ukraine Those that seek self determination should consult with lawyers verse in international law and keep sending envoys to UN assembly to register their case. Who knows...one day a paradigm shift in the global politics could favour them |

binary01:Nigeria dysfunctional de sweet you, no be small. How happy and contented one is about one's country doesn't depend on how big or rich one's country is. Majority of citizens in a country are supposed to be happy with their country; otherwise, the country is dysfunctional and must be dissolved. Citizens of the following countries were disconnected, poorer, and discontented from the big and rich countries each of them belonged to before the fall of the Berlin Wall: Slovenia 🇸🇮, Bosnia 🇧🇦, Slovakia 🇸🇰, Czech Republic 🇨🇿, Lithuania 🇱🇹, Eritrea 🇪🇷, East Timor 🇹🇱, South Sudan 🇸🇸, Singapore 🇸🇬, Croatia 🇭🇷, Today, 99% of these new countries have citizens wellbeing close to the standard of Western Europe; their citizens are happy and connected to their respective new countries. No country in the world was created to remain one forever. Britain has a role to play in deamalgamation of the dysfunctional sovereign country it created. |

nairalanda1:In which Parliament can anyone get Nigeria politically restructured? Develop more sense, or you are selling snake oil here. Nigeria was restructured from 1967 to 1996 by northern military dictators such that one old Northern region now has overwhelming number of parliamentary seats in the National Assembly through the excess number of states created in the old Northern region. The old Northern region vehemently refuse any further political restructuring of Nigeria. In fact, people of the old Northern region ask southern people who ask for political restructuring, to come to the National Assembly for political restructuring, knowing full well that the National Assembly is overpopulated by legislators from the old Northern region who will vote down any attempt at political restructuring of Nigeria. |

Ojiofor:Look, we know you guys are just after falsely blaming IPOB for any criminality in Igbo land so as to protect your useless 'one Nigeria' If IPOB was hurting Igbos, they woukd not be as popular as they are amongst Igbos, and Nnamdi Kanu would not be the most popular man in Igbo land |

Blessedman98:I don't think that is a treasonable offense because he never declare break up or declare independence. He never formed millitary arm. He never instigate hatred against anyone only fighting for his people freedom and he did this morning through formal approach by submitting a request and not a mandate or war mongering. |

Complete waste of time ipob did far more than this in the UK but the british govt completely ignored them as if they don't even exist why will they want to see nigeria divide when they are benefiting hugely from the current structure? The only way nigeria can ever divide is when the north agrees to it's division. |
