Please does the Redmi 13C device you use have OTG function? You can simply go to the settings click the search bar and search for OTG.

Please help me do this it's an important function for Microphone.

Op just get a device with the Redmi 13c specs as it is nice. Avoid the 14c which is a downgrade.

Best phone for that price is probably an iPhone 8 Plus

Thanks Chiefs I appreciate the suggestion but I later settled for itel P55+ and surprisingly it has the OTG feature.

Like how? Itel of all phones! 😲

The phone currently is just everything I need. UI is on point, overall Speed & battery life is excellent, charging speed is less than 1hr 35 mins.

Here are some screenshot I took below 👇 in settings search bar in search of OTG.

Playing with the phone a little, I can say that Itel has really improved.
