The company documents submitted are documents from a duly registered company in the US. That Airpeace happens to be the first aircraft purchase contract the US registered company executed does not make the company fake because the company exist and was duly registered in the US.


If you have a law that states that before a company can execute a contract, they must have a big office and so so number of staffs, then bring it out. But saying a company duly registered in US is fake is blabbing nonsense because the company exist and is duly registered in the US.
