Can be study route and assures permanent residency after study and my spouse can work too.

Mauritius 🇲🇺 is a very good country. That's if you are not looking down on it because it's in Africa. Rwanda is quite good too 🇷🇼. You can also consider Republic of Ireland 🇮🇪 (Capital: Dublin)
